What is ValueGuard
A guaranteed future value program. PDG guarantees a future resale value for the property. Choose to sell within 45 days from handover: if the market has moved against you, PDG covers the shortfall. If the market has moved in your favour, you keep every dollar of the upside.

Build with confidence knowing the price you sign is the price you pay. Our fixed-price guarantee means no unexpected cost increases during construction, giving you complete certainty from the day you sign until the day you receive your keys.
With ValueGuard, your investment is also protected. If your completed home doesn’t achieve its guaranteed value at completion, we’ll cover the difference, subject to the policy terms.
