The Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Accountant to join our finance team. The role will be responsible for preparing accurate financial reports, analysing business performance, developing budgets/forecasts, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and proven experience in management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts with variance analysis.
  • Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and ensuring the preparation of all financial reporting, reviewing, and evaluating accounting strategies, policies and plans
  • Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained. Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner.
  • Financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, short term and long-term borrowings, fund management, investments, project financing and development of strategic business models, identifying risks and deficiencies.
  • Managing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliations, Suppliers Statement Reconciliations and General Ledger Reconciliations.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial legislation and standards
  • Reviewing finance proposals and the financial status of the current projects
  • Advising on long-term business and financial planning
  • Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
  • Support statutory audits and liaise with auditors as required.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CA, or equivalent certification preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in management accounting, financial planning, or corporate finance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong business acumen with attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in a Real Estate, or service industry environment, is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with senior management and stakeholders.

We are seeking a highly capable and self-driven Senior Draftsperson to independently manage the design and documentation for our residential developments. This role requires end-to-end responsibility—from concept design through to construction documentation and consultant coordination. You will also assist with 3D modelling and rendering to help bring our designs to life for marketing and planning purposes.


Key Responsibilities

* Concept to Construction Documentation: Independently produce all required drawings, including but not limited to concept plans, planning documentation, working drawings, electrical layouts, schedules, sections, and so on


* Interior Design Documentation: Prepare detailed joinery drawings and assist with selections of materials, finishes, fixtures, and color schemes for premium interiors


* 3D Modelling & Rendering Support: Model the designs and assist in the creation of 3D renders by coordinating with external rendering providers and supplying required specifications and markups


* Consultant Coordination: Liaise directly with surveyors, engineers, planners, arborists, and other specialists to resolve design and compliance issues
